About Our Shipping

We specialize in cosmetic beauty therapeutic products for hair and skin care. All physical products are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers to ensure you receive authentic, high-quality items.

Important Note: This shipping policy applies only to physical products. Our consultation services are provided in-person or virtually and do not require shipping.

Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping

  • Kuwait: All governorates including Kuwait City, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi, and Jahra

International Shipping

  • GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman
  • Worldwide: We ship to most international destinations

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 2-3 business days maximum
  • Supplier Processing: Additional time required as products are sourced from international suppliers through our fulfillment network
  • Business Days: Sunday through Thursday (excluding Kuwaiti public holidays)

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Please Note: Delivery times depend on our international suppliers and may vary based on product availability, customs clearance, and local postal services.

  • Kuwait: 7-21 business days
  • GCC Countries: 10-25 business days
  • International: 15-35 business days

Order Tracking

  • We are continuously improving our tracking system to provide better visibility
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active

Shipping Address Requirements

For Kuwait Addresses:

  • Include complete address with area, block, street, and building number
  • Provide apartment or office number if applicable
  • Include a working phone number for delivery coordination

For International Addresses:

  • Ensure address is complete and accurate according to your country's postal format
  • Include postal/ZIP codes where required
  • Provide a reliable contact number

Important: We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Address Changes

  • Before Fulfillment: Address changes are allowed if the order has not yet been fulfilled by our supplier
  • After Fulfillment: No address changes possible once the order has been shipped

Customs & Import Duties

Kuwait Domestic Orders

  • No additional customs duties apply

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • We cannot predict these additional costs
  • Packages may experience delays during customs processing
  • Customs requirements vary by country and product type

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Contact us immediately if your package appears lost or arrives damaged
  • Evidence Required: Photos of damaged items and packaging must be provided within 48 hours of delivery
  • Our Response: We will provide a replacement product when valid evidence is submitted
  • We will investigate with shipping carriers and work toward a resolution

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers will make multiple delivery attempts
  • Packages may be held at local post office or delivery center for collection
  • Additional storage fees may apply after extended holding periods
  • Contact the local carrier directly for package collection

  • Some beauty products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries
  • Liquid or gel products may face additional shipping limitations
